Dripping rose

This is the same rose as the other day, a bit more open and dripping wet after a night of torrential rain.
It was almost sunny  this morning and I decided to brave the  sea again  for another  swim, with one friend. It was rather windy and grey by the time we got down there and there was a lot of rubbish washed up on the beach from the recent storms, The access road was very wet and muddy too. But the swim was fine and invigorating, and we were pleased we'd made the effort to do it..
