FF Poinsettia-- "reused"

Last year's poinsettia has re-bloomed. this is a first for me. They usually do not seem to last long after New Year's.It did live outdoors during a tremendously hot-- over 100ºF summer. And maybe I remembered to water it? Not sure, but here it is for Flower Friday.
Also I was reminded that they are poisonous to house pets who may nibble on them.
