This (blue) picture is a "painting" by some wannabe graffiti artist.
What happens, if I photoshop the graffiti and make a 150 x 200 cm print and hang it in my exhibition and sell it for 4 000 ?.
Should I try to find the original artist and pay him (her) 50 %
Will he show up, because it is forbidden to spray paint to , whatever, surfaces?
He may be fined maybe 2 000 ? for it. Should I pay his (her) fine?
Does he (she) even remember this work of art by him (her)
This is not yet relevant for me but it may some day become so (not with this "graffiti", but some other).
Very strange, I write the price in Euros, but the system changes it into question marks. Is it because You in Britain use Pounds?
