I had the usual sort of day with work followed by a visit to Jean. Then it went a bit haywire when work sent urgent texts to say we need to switch off the nhs track and trace app when our phones are in our lockers. So I looked at the app to see how to do that.I had been traced, whether correctly or not, so now I have to isolate. And hope I manage to keep well. .
