For the last three days I have had to go to my doctors one to have blood taken. One to have my B12 injection and today to fetch the container so I can do my 24 hour urine collection.

But what made it worse while walking though town I could smell bacon so going back though town and get wet as was raining I went to a cafe I like I treated myself to a bacon sandwich by God it was good
