Trim

A day of full-on stuff on the domestic front that involved a lot of hanging pictures around in the flat after last weekend's hall and kitchen painting - framing up new stuff, swapping around old things, switching a few things from room to room, getting some paintings from my artistically-inclined girls up on the wall. Along with decluttering in the kitchen and setting up the new wireless laser printer that's a bit of a Christmas present to myself to be honest - automatic double-sided printing at a reasonable price!

The clippers gave up on me halfway through a beard trim and haircut leaving me with a mohawk at the back according to my eldest but a quick recharge rescued that. Just time for a quick pedal in the kitchen and...as I type..without a word of a lie...the doorbell has just gone to signal the arrival of our takeaway tea. I don't even know what it is. When I was asked what I wanted I merely said "Surprise me".

Ravenous.
