Snow has arrived on my deck this morning. Not a welcome sight to me. 

A former workmate sent me this lovely Thomas Kincade Christmas card. Although we only live a couple of miles from each other, we have not seen each other this year.  

I encouraged this friend to take up watercolor last year. I believe she is a natural. I was hoping it would give her some joy as she is struggling with her physical health and with the medical needs of a family member she supports. This lady has been an inspiration to me in many ways.
