The Holly & The Ivy

Managed to find the brief sunny interlude after a dull start again and a dark end to the day.  Called at the allotment site for a walk and photo opportunity.  Persuaded a tendril of ivy to entwine next to the holly with bright fresh berries and a watery sun glimpsed through to give a bit of illumination. 
Bar 101 is open tonight - sitting outside with patio heaters and cosy blankets, bringing snacks to share to make a change from our usual fish'n'chips.  Made roasted spicy sweet potatoes with garlic mayo. It's the weekend!  I don't know what I'm all excited about,  one day is the same as any other when you don't work!
