Grandchildren are the best!

Photos of two of my beautiful granddaughters, sent by my boys to give me a smile, and they did. It's amazing how children have the ability to always make you smile. 
It was another day of phone calls and organising on many fronts. At least I now have all my Christmas presents ordered and on their way. The flowers, dress code and other trivia also now sorted. I do hate this waiting game but of course it is unavoidable.
A local friend dropped a lovely bunch of flowers and card at the garden gate yesterday. Such a kind gesture and gave me another smile. I'm smiling much more than crying now and that's a good sign. I'm lucky I still have so much to smile about.
Tomorrow I must sort out a new phone for mum. I need to tick that off my list!
