Hot Chilli
These chillis were described as 'relatively mild' and useful to add to dishes because they were 'not too hot' and would keep for ages. I agree that they keep for ages. BUT they are HOT - or am I getting wimpish in my old age?
More screen today with a presentation on Composition to our Coffee and Chat group within the camera club. Then preparing for an evening of judging in South Liverpool! This was interesting as it was their annual Panel of Three competition so a different animal to the usual one-off club images on show. They seemed appreciative but judging is a funny old game really.
