For those who’ve been curious, this is the cake!

It turned out pretty well. Husband loved it.

Some friends braved the cold, and it almost felt sociable for a wee while...

Best of all the recipe is flour free and hugely freezable!

It was chocolate orangey and quite moist ;)

Extras are a pressie of home-grown clementine and dinner (pea and prawn risotto)

I shall stop now.
