The most decorated house in Bearsted?

I concluded Doreen’s house insurance this morning then went for a run for the first time in 6 weeks owing to a nagging problem with my right knee.

Managed half the distance I usually run and a walk this afternoon with little ill effect (yet.) We’ll see how it really is in the morning.

It was on the walk, as usual, that today’s blip presented itself. Meanwhile before and after lunch Susan was working hard in her studio on this year’s Christmas card again.

We had a visit from a second estate agent to value our house. The difference between the two in terms of professionalism was immense. The valuer who came around today had done his research and came armed with all sorts of facts and figures which gave us great confidence in being able to sell the house and much reassurance that the process would be well managed.
