Ho ho ho

M had an eye test in Barrow ( getting the full MOT this week) This window display caught my eye. A bit of fun in a rather drab street
Most of the town is looking a bit sad , too many shops closed permanently. So sad.

A lot windier today by our house though surprisingly not at the park. Very quiet today, only a few dog walkers like us. Fletch was off colour yesterday but seemed a lot better today thank goodness and enjoyed his walk.

Back home then out to the post office to post parcels and the few cards Ive got round to writing. Price to post parcels has gone up quite a lot .. but the option was 1st class and may get there tomorrow or 2nd last and may take 10 days. (I've posted parcels 1st class in the past that have taken over a week so we shall see)
Then went to the Coop for a few essentials, milk ,bread and wine( on special offer) I then walked back to the post office  because I'd forgotten to post the cards! ( No not a senile moment she protested!)

Back home and it was time for Fletchs walk. He seemed happy to go ( a good sign)

Now home and it's getting very windy. Nice to be in the warmth! 
Weather forecast isnt looking too good which is frustrating because I'm hoping to meet up  with my lovely friend and Blipper Flavia13 . .. and obviously it has to be outside.
