Mandala

This morning I taught a yoga class on Zoom which included the smiling meditation :) . Afterwards we went for a walk with our friend Jane and her son. We saw 3 otters in the river Nith and surprisingly a dog swimming amongst them. The poor dog owner (who was on the other side of the river ) was trying to call the dog out of the river. It was a strange sight and we hope the dog got out safely.
We are feeling a bit sad as our special friend Jane is moving away tomorrow to live closer to her family in the south of England. We will miss her , but hope to visit her next year in her new home.

The photo is of a Mandala painting , which I was lucky enough to receive recently as a gift from a yoga friend George Belford. It’s a gift I will treasure.
