Love on the Edge...

The bouquetin rut is in full swing now, snow adding to the drama. I think the fights at the beginning of the rut have established a pecking order and this is the dominant male. Apologies if you are getting bored with the bouquetin, they fascinate me as they are such huge, ungainly looking animals, yet never miss a step in these conditions. A couple of extras.
