Sad goodbye days require happy socks

Life is full of ups and downs - it swings in roundabouts! That hit home this morning while listening to a lady in a clinic, who is filled with the excitement of getting married next Friday, and at the same time with the fear of receiving chemoradiotherapy the week after, and all the hardship that entails. Thank God He does not leave us on our own - Emmanuel must mean more than ever this year for the many who won’t have human company this Christmas.
