Evening at Restaurant Martin Wishart courtesy of the H/H's - thank you very much.

It's almost indecent to pick out some above it all, but particular highlights were the langoustine with confit chicken - I have never tasted chicken this good before, not even close, pig's cheek with salsify and a cinnamon sauce - just perfect, and a special mention for the Pedro Ximenez jelly with dessert - I am salivating just thinking about it. Oh, and the cheese board wasn't half bad either (extra special mention for the kind lady who gave us an extra cheese).

Cannot complain about today, not a single thing.
