Desperate

Only when I was about to eat did I realise that the only photo I'd taken today was of a bit of scabby fly-tipping that I meant to tweet to @edinhelp - but forgot anyway. It'll probably still be there tomorrow....

So here you have the plat du jour or possibly plat de l'année, assuming the buffoonery in WM continues. Assorted indigenous root veg roasted with a few spices, managing to incorporate not only the ubiquitous beetroot, but a stump end of fennel and a couple of Jerusalem artichokes (yay!) along with the standard carrot, spud and hingin. It was quite tasty, I have to admit. Although perhaps not every day.



P.S. Heaven forfend that I should have to endure any more cumulative updates for Windows 10.....
