Displacement activity

I am hooked up to a 24 hour blood pressure monitor. I was going to post a picture but its too ugly so here is a little etching of a cherry tree I have in my hallway.
In other displacement activity today I found it hard to settle to do work with a hurty squeezy thing on my arm but I did complete 3 overdue lots of online Heath and safety training for work and got 100% in all 3 tests.funny sort of a day.
