Da Scalloway Christmas Tree

A couple of showers first thing, but mostly clear skies and sunny spells.  A fairly windy day, and still windy tonight. 

I've had a day working from home, and have more days working from home over the next month or so.  I've mostly been scanning and working with photos.  This also gave advantages, such as nipping to the clothes line, or a quick tidy when having a break from the computer screen.  I made a start to writing my Christmas cards this evening, and Sammy's evening walk was taken up with most of the local deliveries, with more to go.  Big Brian and Madeline popped by for a cuppa.  Feet up by the fire now. 

A fine day for a lunchtime walk around the village.  Plenty of houses with outdoor light displays, also Main Street have a very Christmassy feel, and then the public tree is up and looking great.  A lovely tall tree, and looks great at night too.  2020 has been a different sort of year, but people are still wanting to celebrate Christmas, even if it won't be the same as normal.  Taken at the youth centre, Main Street, Scalloway.
