Tank

A very busy day.Ken and Peter in at 7am to start work on dismantling the old storage tank and building the new one.
All our packs for next Spring have arrived in from Holland so most of this morning I spent on the forklift truck.
An afternoon of spraying while the nights are forecast to be reasonably mild.
Ken over recent years has done irrigation work for us and Peter who can be seen in the extra giving a thumbs up built our Prop House for us many years ago.All these specialists that we have come to rely on are getting older and there seems to be no young people coming along to do these sort of jobs.I suppose its because there is no app for it and your hands get dirty.

Whenever Ken is on the nursery the conversation turns to football.He is Man Utd and I Liverpool so it is always friendly but can be intense.One thing we both agree on is that we are fed up with the empty taking the knee gesture at the start of every game.I have watched football all my life and it has done a fantastic job in the UK of stamping out racism and rightly so but I think this will divide people and not bring them together.
