It's the day before my depot injection,so it's back in non sleeping until it kicks in then it's back to over sleeping. I can't complain as I am physical sound apart from arthritis in my right knee which is really playing up at the moment. And I have had to be put on extra medication. I think the the NHS team I have around me are extremely supportive and very good and think the world of them.
