Day off today and did something I should have done 4 to 5 weeks ago and that is getting the winter bike down and prepped for winter. So a thorough lube and a new set of brake pads later it is ready to go. Forecast tomorrow looks not bad so I will be braving the 11 miles to South Queensferry in the dark both ways for the first time since last winter
