Chili con carne

After another cold night the frost, and ice on the car, did not disappear until mid morning as cloud had rolled in blotting out the warming effect of the sun. I spent most of the day faffing about with Christmas related tasks by which time it was raining, preventing  outdoor photography. So here is tonight's supper, not all of it as it's batch cooking for the freezer. I've followed a Hairy Bikers recipe which I have successfully used before.
