Popped to Turrif today to the chiropractor who has hopefully helped my back but right now feel like I've been run over by a random bike...

Popped to see my Gran which was nice ado haven't seen her since New Year and she's not been well.

Kirst is having a lot of trouble with her back today, off school and trapped her thumb in the car door...!

Hopefully tomorrow will be less traumatic!
