Back to the warehouse - we now plan on going each Monday as no-one else is there that day. We can sort, date and store food and prepare the tables for tomorrow’s pick up. Always the hardest job is to ensure good stock rotation so everything must be stored in date order - a huge job with our pasta mountain!
