Dealing with glitches, delays, obfuscation and failures to communicate, on several fronts. 

But I phoned the dentist this morning and got an emergency appointment at mid-day, which was pretty impressive, even if I'd much rather not have needed him.

Then spent the afternoon and evening unravelling and sorting things.
