Waiting in the rain

It’s been a grey, wet day. One for the ducks.

Challenging, but OK. I am getting to know this car park.

Our minds have been elsewhere, but this evening we decided that we really ought to start getting our heads around Christmas. So we put some Christmas music on (Bach’s Christmas Oratorio) and made a list. We have at least bought cards, ordered a tree and put up external lights. So on a par with our usual timetable . There are those who like everything organised early, those who leave everything to the last minute, and those who lie in between. I am in that middle camp, assuming in between includes next week into the weekend following :-)
