Thursday: Last Night Jollies

Well, I had a rare day at work today in that I only had one meeting so I was able to get loads done, including some stuff that had been hanging over me like the Sword of Damocles!  The only interruption was a fire drill during which we lost two colleagues who mistook it for an intruder alarm and locked themselves in their offices.  I think we might need to do the drill again!

It was our friends' last night tonight so we have been out for a meal and jolly japes.  Mandy was feeling particularly adventurous and had frog and chips.  We have all agreed that that would be an excellent name for a pub.  Anyhoo, our portions were excessively large so we have ended up bringing a goodly portion home.  We were quite specific about not wanting the frogs' legs as they weren't that big of a hit.  We have just unpacked the food and what do we find hopping out at us?  Yes, the frogs' legs!

This is the main street from the Lower Town to Upper Town.....it's trying to snow again at the moment.
