Practice makes perfect

With half a dozen focus groups to do on Zoom, I decided that  preparation should be the key. Moderating a group can be tricky enough at times, but dealing with novel technology and sharing screens at the same time adds another level.  So we did a dry run today with Naomi and Matthew as "stooges".  Mostly it worked well, but the presentation is still a bit clunky, so I will refine it tomorrow.
