Shortbread

Have put on a couple of back blips.  

Today I was working upstairs again, while Bb worked at the dining table downstairs as he had a big training session this afternoon and I wasn't live online and the internet downstairs is more reliable. 

Before I moved upstairs, I made some shortbread.  An embarrassing admission for a Scot, but I've never had much luck with shortbread, but today it was delicious!   For those who watched The Great British Bake Off, I got a handshake from Bb for my efforts!   I made it too thick and too big though I think as I got 10 pieces and the recipe said it would make 24!
