A huge snow melt....

with the overnight rain ensured the road round the loch was impassable. There was water everywhere.A neighbour and I passed an afternoon engaged in a  happy and totally unnecessary activity, unblocking the weir so we could cross the burn. Such fun! Why should kids enjoy it all?
Had we waited until tomorrow I'm sure the water level would have dropped!
