Papa Zelinka

This statue is of Dr Andreas Zelinka, mayor of Vienna 1861-68, popularly known to his citizens as 'Papa Zelinka'. It's in Stadtpark, not far from where I'm working.

The poor dude has gone a bit green and tarnished over the years. And to make matters worse, it looks like a seagull has recently done its business on his head :-(
