Cleaning out a freezer

A friend inadvertently turned her freezer off and didn't find it for 3 days. This was a year ago and the way she coped with the mess was to turn the freezer back on and forget about it.
Today a friend, Rob and I decided to tackle the task of defrosting it and cleaning it out. The contents was a solid mass and not an easy job. Rob is very short. She turned herself upside down to clean the bottom of the freezer and with a bit of help from the freezer owner, managed to reach the last few corners that needed a wipe.
