Foggy Day

Foggy for most of the day and bitterly cold on my walk across the castle estate this afternoon.

Bumped into some of my former colleagues out on a stroll. LaLa did you know a certain elf was roaming around on her day off and wearing a very fetching colourful hat ;)

Visited my friends in falconry who were busy preparing for bird flu lockdown. They’ve got their work cut out. Can this year get any worse, really?

It made me giggle to hear Khan the steppe eagle freaked out with the snow last Friday. He’s the biggest bird but such a baby! So funny.

The maze looked spooky as I left to walk back across the estate. The fog had descended and the church graveyard was especially spooky.
