Dylan Thomas Country

We were going to go to Tenby , but then my Husband remembered he couldn’t have a pint so we went to Laugharne as it was a lot nearer! Instead of the usual walk around we found Dylan Thomas Birthday Walk! It was a path going thru the woodland which took u up following the coast (..it was the old Cockle pickers Road.) there were lovely views of the estuary and of Laugharne itself. We walked for about half hour, my husband moaning about his best shoes all muddy lol, they path kept going on and on. We eventually found a turn off which took us back to the car.it was a very cold afternoon , Ice covered the shaded areas..but very nice to be out somewhere different!
