I'm Back.....

The consultant came round this morning and instructed that the drain I have in to be removed and my last cannula too. He asked a few questions and then said I could go home once I proved I can climb stairs, which I promptly did, all thirteen steps.
We shook hands and he apologised for not being able to continue with the key hole surgery, and that was it.
Just when I found an interesting guy to talk to, but we will keep in touch as we did have a lot in common.
