Lighting the pathway. 
One Advent tradition we’ve followed for a few years now is to place a lighted candle in a window or doorway to welcome strangers. This serves as a reminder of the journey Mary and Joseph made and it’s also  an encouragement to be welcoming to any and to all who pass by.
