Turtles

Our morning training session was interrupted by a turtle hatch. The little guys came up almost directly underneath the net on which we were practicing. Of course, we stopped instantly and started transporting the hatchlings to the ocean. Fortunately a hotel employee came by with a bucket as the turtle coming out of the sand were quickly becoming too many to handle. We got them all safely oceanside, but I fear the birds that were gathering offshore were getting a pretty easy breakfast. Hopefully at least a couple (maybe this one!) made it to safety and will return some day to lay their eggs to start the process over once again.
