Deserted town centre

The fog cleared a little by afternoon so we went into town to get Xmas cards and more lights. Success with the cards but empty shelves mostly for lights, is everybody trying to get some brightness - a brilliant idea.
We will possibly need to go to a garden centre, Tedwin has decided the back garden wall needs lights - it does. He dismantled vacuum cleaner this morning and hated to admit defeat, it is unrepairable. Ho ho ho.
