Late day ....

... squirrel.

It wasn't until late in the afternoon that I was able to get a squirrel photo. I had been out earlier in the day but the only squirrel I saw was about 30 feet up in a tree in the backyard!  

I left some peanuts out and when I looked out later there were finally some squirrels about.  This one grabbed a peanut from the deck and then ran to the yard to eat it.  I was sitting on the deck shooting down. Unfortunately the lighting wasn't the best but I actually like the shadowed face.

I have finally processed and posted my skipped blips from a couple of weekends ago .... starting with a Silly Saturday squirrel mural.
