Day 50: A Day For Colour Coding

I spent the majority of the day at work setting targets, objectives and writing development plans for my staff. All of which were neatly typed up, input into the computer system, colour coded and sent off for approval.


Only to be told that I had done it all wrong.

ARGHH.

Very frustrating.

Having only been in the business for 6 weeks it's a very difficult task to set development plans for people I barely know in a business I am still learning to run myself.
