Day 264

Gym first thing
Went to surgery as they had arranged a telephone appointment for October!!! Someone was working late last night and must have been tired. Took X-ray results in too. Hopefully doctor will rearrange appointment time. ( and pigs might fly)
It’s bitterly cold outside and Misty so we went out for a coffee.
