The Blessing

“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.” (Numbers‬ ‭6:24-26‬ ‭ESV‬‬)

These words have echoed in my mind for as long back as I can remember... I’m blessed, I’m kept, I’m shined on, I’m graced; He watches over me, and provides a life of peace for me. It’s God who provides these things for me, but it was my parents who opened the door of our relationship way back at my birth. Thanks Mom, and Pop! ...and thank You Father.
