Yesterday Pippa and the rest of the selection for the first year’s women’s eight did a 1500 m training at race pace. This in preparation for the Dutch Indoor Rowing Championships next weekend. I totally love the contrast of light and shadow and love all the posters on the wall behind Pippa. As a former I know how painful these training sessions are... Good luck to all!
