Where’s the beef?

Mr A has excelled himself today with an absolutely superb roast beef dinner.

He’s got his confidence now with the whole cooking lark, so said earlier in the week that he’d like to have a go at doing roast beef.

He forgot the Yorkshire puddings, but we were too stuffed to finish the plateful anyway, so they can wait for another day! ;-)
