My window on the world

I love the big corner window in my living space. (I don't call it a living room, as it's open plan and includes a kitchen area.) Sometimes I see a passer by, but you can go for ages without seeing anyone. The ice cream van has just gone past, playing 'Greensleeves.' I wonder if he knows it was written by Henry VIII?
