Taking turns

There was a long wait for a turn at the bird feeder this morning. The birds would sit in the rhododendron bush outside the window and patiently wait for their turn at the feeder. Occasionally one bird would get impatient and hovered behind the bird eating only to get a nasty look and an ‘I dare you’ look from the bird at the feeder. It was exciting to watch.
