Not much of a day inside, clear and cold outside but at least I wasn't working like last weekend.  Looking forward to lamb shanks cooked for 10 hours with some cauli, spuds, and a bit of gravy. Pity I don't have any wine to go with it.
Anybody got a good recipe for mulled wine using "regular" red wine? The pre-made mulled wine is waaaaay too expensive here in Vancouver.

Ah well...
