It’s A Wrap

I finished wrapping all the gifts today while I watched “A Christmas Carol”, one of my all time favorite holiday movies. Then I put them all in big cardboard boxes to hide them so if the girls come over at some point they won’t see them. Jennie was such a snoop when she was little that I finally had to use a padlock on my antique trunk & locked her gifts inside it. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, & Mae has been known to look all over the house, just to see if I’ve gotten anything for her.
I had a nice walk earlier today, then made a loaf of artisan bread which tasted delicious if I do say so myself. Going to eat some of it for dinner along with the turkey soup I made & froze after Thanksgiving. Yum! :)
